If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue use of the Website.
2. WEBSITE USE
The Website may be used for lawful purposes, including browsing artwork and collections, purchasing products, learning about Gabrielle Howell Art Collection, contacting us, and submitting custom artwork requests.
You may not misuse the Website, interfere with its operation or security, attempt unauthorized access, or use the Website in violation of applicable law.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Purchasing physical artwork, prints, commissioned artwork, merchandise, or other products does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights in the underlying artwork.

4. PRODUCTS AND PURCHASES
Products offered through the Website may include original artwork, fine art prints, merchandise, and other art-related products.

5. CUSTOM ARTWORK
Custom artwork requests and commissioned artwork are governed by our Custom Artwork Policy.
Submitting a commission request does not guarantee acceptance and does not require you to purchase the proposed artwork.
If a commission request moves forward, you will receive applicable pricing, estimated timing, and next steps before work begins.
Accepted commissions require a 50% non-refundable deposit before the creative process begins. The remaining balance must be paid in full before the completed artwork is shipped or delivered.
Commissioned artwork is created in Gabrielle Howell's artistic style, and Gabrielle retains creative freedom in the interpretation and execution of the final piece as further described in the Custom Artwork Policy.
6. PRICING AND PAYMENT
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
Payments made through the Website may be processed using third-party payment processors or payment services available through or integrated with Squarespace.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing and payment information.

7. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Gabrielle Howell Art Collection currently ships within the United States unless otherwise stated or agreed upon for a specific order.
Processing and delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the product, fulfillment provider, shipping carrier, destination, and other circumstances.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.

8. RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND CANCELLATIONS
All sales are final except as otherwise provided in our Return and Refund Policy, Custom Artwork Policy, or as required by applicable law.
Requests involving damaged, defective, incorrect, canceled, or other qualifying orders will be handled according to the applicable policy.
