Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Gabrielle Howell Art Collection. Each order is prepared with care, and we want you to feel confident in your purchase. Please review this Return & Refund Policy before placing an order.
1. RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All sales are final. Gabrielle Howell Art Collection does not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, preference, or other non-defective purchases.

2. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours after delivery.
Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the item and packaging when applicable.
Each situation will be reviewed individually, and an appropriate resolution will be provided when applicable.
3. CUSTOM ARTWORK
Custom artwork is subject to the Custom Artwork Policy in addition to this Return & Refund Policy.
Commission deposits are non-refundable. Due to the personalized nature of commissioned artwork, completed custom artwork is not eligible for return, exchange, or refund, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
If Gabrielle Howell Art Collection is unable to complete an accepted commission, any payment for work that will not be completed will be addressed directly with the customer.
4. ORDER CANCELLATIONS
If you wish to cancel an order for a non-custom item, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase.
We will make every effort to accommodate cancellation requests; however, cancellation cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing, production, or shipment.
Custom artwork cancellations are governed by the Custom Artwork Policy.
5. REFUNDS
When a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
