Upon full payment, the customer owns the physical artwork or product purchased. Unless expressly transferred in writing, copyright and reproduction rights in the underlying artwork remain with Gabrielle Howell Art Collection.
Ownership of a physical artwork or product does not grant permission to reproduce, distribute, manufacture, license, sell copies of, or otherwise commercially exploit the underlying artwork.
3. PERSONAL VIEWING
Visitors are welcome to access and view content on the Website for personal, non-commercial purposes.
No additional rights are granted merely by accessing, viewing, or purchasing content or products from the Website.
4. SHARING
You are welcome to share links to pages or artwork on gabriellehowellart.com through social media, messaging, or other platforms.

8. CUSTOM ARTWORK
Copyright and reproduction rights in commissioned artwork remain with Gabrielle Howell Art Collection unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
Customers receive ownership of the physical commissioned artwork upon full payment but do not receive copyright or commercial reproduction rights solely by purchasing the commission.

For licensing inquiries or requests to reproduce, publish, display, or otherwise use artwork beyond the permissions described in this policy, please contact:

Gabrielle Howell Art Collection respects the intellectual property rights of others.
